Business Analyst jobs

• Review and understand Q2I (Quote to Invoice) Specific ERP Modules Order Management (OM), Install Base (IB), Service Contracts (SC), Inventory business process requirements for projects, enhancements, and fixes.
• Strong Understanding of RMA Processes, Depot Repair, and 3^rdParty Vendor Processes.
• Strong Understanding of RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions.
• Strong Hands-on Experience in Oracle ERP Configurations.
• Must have Oracle R12 and 11i experience. Oracle Cloud Fusion would be Preferred.
• Understanding of XML, APIs, and RosettaNet Messaging.
• Collaborate with business users to define processes that meet business needs.
• Ensure processes are scalable and flexible to meet future business need.
• Design processes that can be implemented with minimal disruption to supporting systems, and that are cost effective.
• Anticipate the needs of stakeholders affected by process change.
• Ensure that proposed changes represent the best overall fit for the organization.
• Understanding of Service logistics and Field logistics.
• Understanding of Flat File transfers and Middleware such as SOA/MuleSoft.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience is required; 6 to 8 years of experience is preferred.
• A Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree required; Information Technology, or related technical field is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex technical tasks.
• 5+ years experience working with Oracle ERP Modules, Order Management (OM), Install Base (IB), Service Contracts (SC) and Service Logistics
• Expert level ERP systems experience in Oracle Order Management, Inventory, Customer EDI, Flat File transfers and B2B messaging.
• ERP experience in Install Base and Service contracts.
• Must have experience in SQL and CLI.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; including process documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task and project management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of tools, processes, and operations planning.
• Experience working with IT development staff on complex projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
