As aSoftware Engineern the IC3, you will develop and maintain a highlyscalable interop service for cross Teams and Skype communicationlike Messaging, Calling, Video and voice conferencing, PSTN callingand/or Modern Provisioning and Admin Services.The newly developed azure service will also enabledirectory service for cross microservice settings, polices and configs.IT Pro Team’s mission is to ensure that end-users and tenant admins get the expected Teams capabilities and functionality based on product licensing and tenant admin configuration which provides real-time data and key service insights for customers and engineers.

• Design and implement scalable, reliable, maintainableservices
• Demonstrate strategic understanding of the timing and rationale for design choices, within the scope of work.
• Consistently contribute key ideas to the product or service design and vision that meets the customer'sneeds
• Drive design reviews across the team and apply expertise in available

• Apply metrics to drive the quality and stability ofcode
• Have a sense of pride, commitment, and personal accountability for the service quality, completeness and resulting user experience for the life of the product orservice
• Support Skype’s Engineering System needs. This includes expertise in the end-use and backend configuration of these tools.
• Work closely with geographically distributed team, including Product Managers and developers, to drive key improvements in Skype’s Engineering System

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and common Design Patterns
• 5+ years of relevant software development experience and proficient in C# (Java or C++)
• In-depth knowledge of cloud development (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Experience developing and shipping Azure Services is aplus

• Experience and involvement with DevOpsisaplus
• Effective communication/collaboration skills, ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritizeissues
• Collaborating with technical partners to deliver end-to-endsolutions
• Experience with multithreading and asynchronous processing
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline using agile

• Ability to quickly ramp up on multiple technology
